DIY / Customer Pickup Rental Instructions:  Select a date (Thursday-Monday), select items needed, checkout.  Pick up day (Thursday between 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM)- You will need to sign the standard contract and make the $25.00 deposit to reserve the items, contract will be on the email provided after checkout..  Full payment is required the night before rental /pickup to secure items will be ready for pickup.    Pickup location:  24 Hudson Road West Portsmouth, Ohio 45663.  Upon arrival--Self serve system in place:  locate your items, sign the sign out sheet, load your equipment and plan to return on monday.  Drop off day (Monday between 3:00PM - 7:00PM.  Drop off location:  24 Hudson Road West Portsmouth  Upon arrival--Self serve system in place:  Please return and sign items back in, we will take care of the rest.  Security surveillance system in place.  Please note we will inspect each item upon return and if damaged or missing parts are found we will contact the customer within 5 days and the card on file will be charged for the replacement.

Equipment will be inspected once returned, if missing parts or damage is found the customer will be notified within 5 day and card on file will be charged for replacement.  Cleaning fee is $25.00 if returned dirty

Equipment will sanitized and ready for customer, as always it is recommended you sanitize the equipment to your standards before use.
